1988

Founded as a software and commissioning planning office, Saarburg (Trier)

1991

Began manufacturing control cabinets

1997

Moved to the company’s new offices on the banks of the Saar River. 400 m² office space and 300 m² production space

1998

Began making complete systems including mechanical equipment, robotics and conveying equipment

2000

Move to the new final assembly shop with 1,000 m²

2003

Began manufacturing specialised machinery

2004

 Founding of the PMC Machinery Solution s.r.o. company in Bratislava, Slovakia

2007

Took over and further operation of Bellaform GmbH in Ingelheim, later Gau-Algesheim (Mainz)

2009

Opened our Limburg branch (Battery production machinery/special machinery)

2010

Took over and further operation of Sampas GmbH in Schwaikheim, later Kernen-Rommelshausen (Waiblingen)

2012

Took over and further operation of  RICO GmbH in Aalen, later Ellwangen

2013

Further operation of Hirscheider GmbH in Hilpolstein, later Ellwangen

2014

Took over and further operation of HEGA Systems GmbH in Neuenburg, today Kernen-Rommelshausen

2015

Took over and further operation of Micro Technica GmbH as Micro Surfaces GmbH in Kornwestheim, today Kernen-Rommelshausen

2016

Outsourcing of battery production machinery /special machinery branch: Accumation GmbH (Limburg)

2016

Took over of Wolf Systeme AG in Neulingen and further operation under the new name Innovision GmbH, Limburg and Saarburg (Trier)

2018

Further operation of SilverCut GmbH, Mosbach-Neckarelz

2020

Fusion of the companies Micro Surfaces GmbH and HEGA Systems GmbH to Micro + Hega Surfaces GmbH

2023

Fusion of the companies Sampas GmbH and SilverCut GmbH to Sampas + SilverCut GmbH

2024

Relocation of Micro + Hega GmbH to the Kernen site
